A non-profit organization focused on mentoring young women of color and helping them transition into entry-level cybersecurity, STEM, and security careers, BSiC is an incredible group working to increase industry awareness and diversity.
Their program offers 10 women access to mentorship and learning resources for 7 months. They also provide scholarships and financial support for professional development like exam vouchers, certification prep courses, and attendance at conferences.
